Volunteer Waiver
If you are interested in joining our volunteer team, please contact a board member to inquire about options and complete a liability waiver above. Contact information for these individuals can be found below as well as a list of who to contact.
Volunteers who successfully complete their volunteer shifts are invited to enjoy the rodeo and have a complimentary meal each day at our hospitality tent.
Most areas have a complete volunteer roster for this year but we still need help with ticketing and gates.

Current Directors: The Philomath Frolic & Rodeo is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, five of which take on additional executive responsibilities. In 2024, the Board elected women into all five of the executive positions, a first for the organization.

Giving Back
The Philomath Frolic & Rodeo Association gives a portion of its profits back to the community every year. Donations are made to the schools for sports teams, clubs and music programs, youth organizations such as Philomath Youth Activities Club (PYAC), and to projects that benefit the community. Additionally, it provides fund raising opportunities to local groups such as the Boy Scouts, Cheer Leader Squad, PYAC, Marys Peak Search and Rescue, the Lions Club, H.S. Tennis Team, and many others.
