If you are interested in joining our volunteer team, please follow the link above to sign and submit an application and liability waiver. Upon receipt of your application, we will pass along your application to the Committee Chair(s) that best match your skills and interests.
Volunteers who successfully complete their volunteer shifts are invited to the annual volunteer appreciation party held in August.
Applications are accepted throughout the year, however, to be considered for the current year's event, forms must be received prior to June 20 to assure that proper assignments, notifications, and training are made.
Current Directors: The Philomath Frolic & Rodeo is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

The Philomath Frolic & Rodeo is a non profit, 501c(4) organization committed to planning and putting on the Philomath Frolic & Rodeo events each year.
Committees, led by an appointed Committee Chair, take on a majority of the planning and preparation workload.

Giving Back
The Philomath Frolic & Rodeo Association gives a portion of its profits back to the community every year. Donations are made to the schools for sports teams, clubs and music programs, youth organizations such as Philomath Youth Activities Club (PYAC), and to projects that benefit the community. Additionally, it provides fund raising opportunities to local groups such as the Boy Scouts, Cheer Leader Squad, PYAC, Marys Peak Search and Rescue, the Lions Club, H.S. Tennis Team, and many others.
