Sponsorship Buckle Tiers
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Philomath Frolic & Rodeo. Our sponsors provide the funding, materials and services needed to put on the Frolic & Rodeo each year. In return, we put you in the spotlight of Philomath’s biggest, most anticipated event of the year!
Each year, the Frolic & Rodeo sells roughly 6000 tickets to the 3-day rodeo performances and attracts thousands more to the parade, timber competition, and other events throughout the weekend. We advertise on multiple radio stations, reaching tens of thousands of listeners throughout the valley. We also produce posters that are displayed in area businesses and distribute a multi-page program in the Fourth of July weekend edition of the Gazette Times and Democrat Herold.
Sponsorship Tiers. Sponsorship tiers allow businesses of every size an opportunity to show their support for the community, thank their long-time patrons, and attract new customers. Each tier offers additional benefits and promotional opportunities.

Payment. Upon receiving your pledge, we will email you an invoice payable by June 1st. Pledged in-kind or trade donations will be utilized by PF&R by the start of the rodeo or converted to a gift certificate of equal value that will be raffled off Frolic weekend. Gift certificates will have an expiration date of December 31 of the same year. Failure to make payment or redeem a gift certificate as agreed may result in loss of future sponsorship opportunities with the Philomath Frolic & Rodeo.
